Especially Aseri, Mickey, Peta, Agnes, Jessie, Emori, Sedi to name a few. We will definitely be back we love castaway and the people that work there so much. We went to the shop a few times it has the basics I think I would have spent more if there were more ranges of clothing etc. The one thing that I hoped had improved since our last trip was the wifi unfortunately it is still hard to get any wifi unless you are at the main restaurant or the kids pool. I would recommend that Castaway needs to improve the range of gluten free options it is limited. We varied between the buffet, a la carte and 1808 restaurant for dinner. With regards to food, the main restaurant is a buffet. We loved the fijian dancing & singing it’s beautiful & the fun of the hermit crab racing night. The kids club staff are beyond exceptional with the kids they have so much fun in the outdoors and it allows the parents to unwind and have a relaxing time too. They are kind, caring, fun & exceptional with kids. What we noticed even after the last couple of challenging years the staff are still as amazing as we remember. we recognised a few staff from our last visit and they just as friendly and kind as we remembered. We enjoyed snorkelling, kayaking & the banana boat. Try it out, and you’ll love the compelling gameplay. We stayed at Castaway for our 3rd time after waiting for almost 2 1/2 years & we had the most amazing time.
